Who We Are

This website is operated by OXYGRO Systems, headquartered in Hong Kong, with an office at No 12, Building No 1, Room No 801, Nanjing Road, Qingdao, Shandong 266071, China. In this policy, "we" means OXYGRO Systems. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

What We Collect

We only collect what you send us through the quote form: your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, crop, growing area, flow rate, the products you are interested in and your message.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting. The quote form also records your IP address and the time of submission, to block spam.

Why We Use It

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To follow up on that enquiry, if you ask us to.
• To protect the website from abuse.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone except the hosting provider that stores them on our behalf.

Cookies and Tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Map links open Google Maps only when you click them. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp only when you click them, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. Server access logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Where It Is Stored

The website and the enquiries sent through it are stored by our hosting provider, Hostinger, which may process data outside Hong Kong.

Your Rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@oxygrosystems.com. We will reply within 40 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
