01 · DWC Greenhouse Design
A Complete Design for a 10 × 39 m Greenhouse
Layout, tank construction, water systems and a step-by-step installation method for two 36 m deep water culture tanks.
- Two 4 × 36 m tanks, a 2 m harvest walkway and 1.5 m equipment zones.
- 75 mm PU/PIR sandwich-panel tanks: chillers run 60% less than with concrete, and installation labour is 70% lower.
- Aeration, circulation, disc filtration, UV-C, chilling and automated dosing sized for 86,400 L.
Tank Installation Method
Five Steps from Bare Floor to a 36 m Tank
Level the Floor
Laser-level the greenhouse floor.
Anchor the Track
Bolt the 77 mm galvanised floor U-track into concrete or compacted earth with ground anchors every 1 m.
Seal and Set the Panels
Run a bead of polyurethane sealant in the track and drop the 75 mm PU panels in, locking the base of the wall.
Stake Against Bowing
Every 2 m, drive a 40 × 40 mm galvanised stake 600 mm into the ground, flush with the panel, and screw it through.
Cap the Wall
Slide the top U-channel over the panels to lock the whole 36 m run together.
02 · System Integration
Disinfection and Fertigation in One Loop
The ASEPTICER and OXYGRO-Inline are designed to connect, so drain water goes back to the crop instead of to waste.
- The ASEPTICER treats 5–40 m³/h of drain water with 1000 W UV lamps.
- A double butterfly valve blends disinfected and clean water before dosing.
- OXYGRO-Inline Professional offers drain recycling and reuse as an option.

Run Irrigation from the Screen in Your Pocket
Every fertigation unit and the ASEPTICER have a local touch screen and connect to OXYGRO's HortiECO or HortiMagi control software.
Programmes and Recipes
Control ranges from 6 time-based programmes to 20 time- or sensor-based programmes, with unlimited time-based programmes on JET Bypass-III Professional.
Crop Data and Reports
Plant Scale software shows curves and dashboards on computer, mobile and tablet, and produces custom crop reports.
